Following our call, we have put together a personalised university shortlist and application plan around your priorities: studying in Spain, ideally in Madrid, with IE University as your first choice.
We will begin with your Spanish applications this month, then work through your selected universities in Italy and France. Our support covers the full application cycle, from preparing your documents and essays to scholarship applications, admissions assessments and confirming your place for September 2027.

Recommended University Strategy
Spain is your first choice, so this is where we will begin. At IE University, we will apply for Behavior and Social Sciences. At Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, we will explore Business Administration or International Studies, while ESADE’s Bachelor of Business Administration gives you an additional option in Spain.
We will then broaden your options with LUISS and Università Cattolica in Italy, alongside ESSEC and EDHEC in France.
Scholarships and financial aid will be central to our planning. For each university, we will review the opportunities available to you, check eligibility requirements and coordinate any separate funding applications and deadlines.
We recommend preparing your applications early so we have time to develop them carefully and meet relevant admissions and scholarship deadlines. Funding processes differ between universities, so we will build a specific plan for each one.

Building on Your Experience
Your 9.52/10 average across Grades 10 to 12 gives us a strong academic foundation. Your Best Position Paper award in Model United Nations, internship experience and work with AuraPlus and Herb Aura help us show what you bring beyond your grades.
Your involvement in social media, marketing, rebranding and launching the Herb Aura line will be especially useful. We will help you explain your responsibilities, identify measurable results and reflect on what these experiences taught you.
For IE, we can explore how this work developed your curiosity about human behaviour, communication and decision making. For your business and international studies applications, we will draw on the aspects most relevant to each programme.

Begin with Spain
We will start by preparing your applications to IE, UC3M and ESADE, working around each university’s requirements and application calendar. At the same time, we will identify scholarship opportunities and deadlines so funding is part of the process from the beginning.
What we will work on:
- Build and polish your CV, highlighting your academic achievements, MUN award, internships and work with AuraPlus and Herb Aura
- Develop your personal statements and university essays
- Shape your IE application around your interest in Behavior and Social Sciences
- Compare Business Administration and International Studies at UC3M
- Prepare and submit applications as the relevant rounds open

Move on to Italy and France
We will then prepare the remaining applications included in your chosen package.

Each application will be tailored to the university and programme. We will also coordinate scholarship deadlines, including any funding applications that need to be submitted alongside the admissions application.

Scholarship applications will follow each university’s timetable, so some may be completed earlier in the process.
